APM 2327 is a powder metallurgical super duplex stainless steel. Compared to conventional duplex steels the grade has improved mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and superior corrosion fatigue performance.

APM 2354, UNS S31603 Product form:Hot isostatic pressed (HIP) products

APM 2354 is a powder metallurgical, molybdenum alloyed austenitic steel, with corrosion properties superior to ASTM 304 and 304L. The grade is commonly used for heat-exchangers and condensers in the chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper and food industries.

APM 2377, UNS S31803 Product form:Hot isostatic pressed (HIP) products

Standard:UNS S31803, S32205 | EN number 1.4462

APM 2377 is a powder metallurgical duplex (austenitic-ferritic) stainless steel manufactured by Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP). It is characterized by high strength and good corrosion resistance. Applications include for example offshore components.

APM 2723 is a high alloyed powder metallurgical high speed steel corresponding to ASTM M3:2 with a combination of very good abrasive wear resistance and high compressive strength. Suitable areas of use include demanding cold-work applications like blanking of harder materials like carbon steel or cold-rolled strip steel, as well as use for cutting tools.

APM 2730 Product form:Hot isostatic pressed (HIP) products

Standard:ASTM M3:2 + Co | EN number 1.3294

APM 2730 is a high alloyed powder metallurgical high speed steel corresponding to ASTM M3:2 +Co with a combination of very good abrasive wear resistance, high compressive strength and good high temperature properties. Suitable areas of use include demanding cold-work applications like blanking of harder materials like carbon steel or cold-rolled strip steel, as well as use for cutting tools.

APM 9980 Product form:Hot isostatic pressed (HIP) products

Standard:ASTM S165M | EN number 1.4418

APM 9980 is a low carbon martensitic stainless steel. The grade is specially designed to combine high mechanical properties including toughness and improved corrosion resistance properties when compared to other martensitic stainless steels, like 13 Cr and 13 Cr 4 Ni grades.

Bond CJL Product form:Wire insulations and coatings

Standard:

Bond CJL is a high temperature thermoplastic polyester bondcoat, that exhibits good bond strength after activation with heat at 170-190°C. Bond CJL can also be activated with solvent. This allows windings that maintain their shape until permanently bonded with heat. The recommended solvents for activation of this material are acetone or methyl ethyl ketone.

Standard:
